SAF Sessions: From the Comfort of Your Home

      A trained SAF practitioner related a confusion from one of his clients. He said, "Knowing the SAF session would take about an hour, my new client was concerned that she didn't have time for an appointment with me. She thought she would have to set the time, get a babysitter, get ready to go (what should she wear?), and then figure out how long it would take to get to me on a snowy road, in bad weather, etc."

     Then I explained, "No, we will work on this chain sequence by telephone. You will be in the safety and comfort of your own home and I will be here."
     She was thrilled.
     In no time at all, she and I were looking at her patterns and traumas and I was helping her to find the codes directing her and helping her to resolve many childhood issues.

     How did we do this?
     Simple.
     I sent her to the website http://www.LifeEnergyResearch.com/questionnaire and suggested she complete the Stress 120 Questionnaire. After entering a complaint, something she wanted to work on and understand better, she completed the questionnaire, used the client key I had given her, and in record time, I received all the chain data.

     She had earlier given me her date of birth and so we were able to find the dates and emotional issues from her past that were directing her in the present time, AS IF she was still living in the past.

     Why don't we naturally understand our earlier life events in this way? Human computations are complicated. Whether through a lack of language or a concept unknown to a child, we misinterpret the signs. With repeated use, over time these repeated signs and events cause more and more entrenching habitual patterns to form. These misunderstood events and traumas are recorded in our protein structures (in our DNA). We can find these easily with the SAF method of Self Awareness.
     These traumas might not be as earth shattering as some we have heard on the news or from friends, but we have ALL had disappointments in life. Nobody is beyond disappointments. (see August 2013 blog: Traumas and a Turkish Proverb). No one has had the same experiences in life. Even those in the same family view their upbringing differently from their siblings. What seems small to an adult, might have loomed huge in the life of the child that we once were.

Ingressive Sound is a Taking IN

There is an interesting article making its way around the internet today, by linguist Gretchen McCullough. 

Can an "inhaled word" mean something? In a surprising number of languages, the answer is yes.

We all are taught that talking, using speech to communicate thoughts and ideas, is produced by pushing air out of the lungs, through the mouth and lips, and often using the tongue against the teeth. But is that always true? Are there times when speech is made by inhaling?

Ms McCullough goes on to explain there is a particular sound in the Swedish language that is produced by inhaling. The sound and word is "YES".

As it turns out, in the English language, we also have inhaled sounds, "yeah," for one.  And several other languages, on all continents have similar, positive sounds-words that are created by inhaling.

How can this be? An ingressive or inhaled sound is a taking IN. That is acceptance. It has been accepted IN. When something has been accepted IN, it is a "yes."

This concept can be understood through the studies of physics and chemistry and electricity. There is a push-pull to life on ALL fronts. It is seen in the macro-universe of the stars and solar system, and in the invisible micro-universe of atomic studies.

This push-pull is part of the balance and harmony that we humans all seek for ourselves.

The 128 Sensory Channels

We know we humans have 5 senses (touch, taste, smell, sound, and sight), and some people are gifted with a 6th sense, extra sensory perception. So what gives? Where does it say we have more than that?
